We are Johanna , Hans and Sil. It´s already 10 years back that we sold our business in Holland and bought our dreamhouse in Portugal . It´s a "Dutch habbit" to start immediately with renovation,rebuilding and expanding a just bought property. We enlarged rooms , made a nice garden , digged a pool and made new terrasses. It took several years to finish and now we enjoy the result every day !

Our son Sil finished his Portugueese school ; had some years international school aswell and is now working as a freelance agent for several touristic organisations. You can rely on him and book for a sailingtrip , dolphin watching,boating,biking, big gamefishing etc. etc. He knows the way and speaks fluently English and Portuguese.

The rental season for Villa Altamira 85 starts May and ends October. Rent price for may is 825 euro, june / september 995 euro and july / august 1185 euro, all per week and for a maximum of 4 guests. In all periods we charge 50 euro per extra guest per week,uptill 7 people in total. Final cleaning is 75 euro ( once ).

Good to know :

• Rental price is inclusive electricity , twice a week fresh towels and once a week fresh bed linen. Ofcourse there is a pool- and garden maintenance.
• Our western pony's are free to ride in the paddoc , while beginners lessons and ride-outs through the country are possible.
• Your dog doesn't have to stay home ; he/she is welcome, For pets we ask a security sum of 150 euro , wich will be returned if there's no damage to furneture etc.
• Other possible extra's ; children bed / baby box , baby sit , extra bed , billart/pooltable , fishing rods, rental car , restaurant reservations etc. etc .
• We show you the way to all activities,watersports , local markets and special events.
• We love to work hard and make your visit to the Portuguese Algarve a unforgetable one.
